Maintenance tips

Jewellery is precious and should be treated with care to preserve its beauty and finish. A few simple precautions will help keep your piece looking its best:

  • The ceramic detailing is chosen for its lasting colour, UV stability and high surface hardness. However, like all fine jewellery, it should still be protected from strong impact, scratching and harsh chemicals.
  • Remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising, housework or any manual activity. Avoid direct contact with perfume, cosmetics, creams, detergents, bleach, ammonia and alcohol.
  • When not being worn, store each piece separately in its Hekaya case to protect it from impact, friction and scratches.
  • To clean your jewellery, use lukewarm water, mild soap and a very soft brush or cloth. Rinse gently and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid steam or ultrasonic cleaning unless advised by a professional.

Presented in a protective Hekaya case, each creation is accompanied by its certificate of authenticity—ready to be gifted, treasured and worn.

Description
Inspired by the earliest form of Arabic calligraphy—the Kufi script—these earrings feature vivid fuchsia ceramic detailing and rubies, making them a striking choice for those drawn to statement jewellery.

The name Fatima is a reference to the name of the beloved daughter of the Prophet Muhammadﷺ.

Square Kufi, also known as Masonry Script or khatt banna’i, developed as an architectural style to be rendered in brick or tile, often on a monumental scale calligraphy, is one of the simplest styles of Arabic calligraphy. Developed in the 12th century and reached its highest level of popularity in the 15th and 16th centuries, it covered the façades of entire buildings such as mosques and palaces during the Timurid dynasty in Samarkand and other cities of Central Asia. This unique style of Arabic calligraphy is enjoying renewed interest due to its clean, minimalist forms and geometric beauty.
