We are striving to adhere to Islamic values and principles. As payment for gold and golden items is only allowed hand-to-hand in Islam, we are charging you in advance for the manufacturing and stones, and the rest of the payment (the price of gold) is done when you receive your jewellery.
All Hekaya purchases arrive in the original jewellery case together with the authenticity certificate.
We do not deal with any synthetic gems, and use natural gemstones. We guarantee that all our gems are natural as described. Some of the gems we are using might be treated for color enhancement.
We ship within UAE only. Since every piece is handcrafted on order specially for you, please expect 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Enamel jewelry can chip or fade color when not handled properly. For more information, please refer to the maintenance tips section.
